Education is the key to becoming a great hairdresser, this I fully believe. Even to this day with 14 years of experience i will still seek out the best education i can find. I will never stop being a student and i will always strive for better. As you find yourself on this page i can only assume that you have the same mindset and the same will to become better. Here at Hair By Adam Brown we offer a range of different courses. We believe that everyones needs are different so we have created and designed courses to suit that.

The Other 50%

​

This course is designed for those that want to improve their customer relationships, build a better/bigger clientele and improve what i call the other 50% of our jobs. This part of our industry gets looked over a lot, technical skill is king/queen, and while it is very important to be a great hairdresser/barber a client will not know the difference between a good haircut and a great haircut but will know the difference between good customer service and great customer service. Small changes in your customer service can have a huge benefit to your column/shop. People buy in to people and as the world gets more digitalised the salon could become the last place people get raw human to human interaction. If your goal is to become busier in the salon/shop or if your a salon/shop owner and you want your shop to become busier then this course is for you.

Core Fundamentals

This course is for people at the beginning of their hair journey (1-3 years cutting), or people that want a refresh. We will run through everything from the three basic shapes that build a haircut to sectioning and fading. You will leave this session with a greater understanding of hair and the knowledge to be able to complete any haircut. 

(One day £150, Two day £250, split the cost with a group booking)

1-2-1 Training

Have something specific that you want to work on? Then this one day course is perfect for you. You will get a consultation through E-mail or Phone call (what ever is more comfortable for you). We will talk through your strengths and weaknesses and design a course thats created just for you. 

(One day £200 Max 1 person)
